Murphy, NC (Cherokee County) — Appalachian Mountain Health is thrilled to invite you to the grand opening of our brand-new state-of-the-art Medical Center in Murphy, North Carolina! Please join us on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate this exciting milestone for our community. The ribbon will be officially cut at 2:05 PM, and we would be honored to have you with us for the occasion.  Location: 4226 E US Highway 64 Alt. Murphy, NC 28906 This new facility is the result of a major investment in expanding access to high-quality, compassionate, and affordable care in Murphy and the surrounding region. It’s been a journey since our groundbreaking on June 23, 2023, and we are proud to open our doors and celebrate with those who made it possible. Our Murphy location now offers a full range of integrated services, including: • Primary Care • Substance Use Disorder Treatment • Behavioral Health Services • Clinical Pharmacy • Dental Care • Women’s Health • Pediatrics We warmly welcome community members, media representatives, local leaders, government officials, and the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce and its members to tour the new space, connect with our team, and enjoy light refreshments.
