April is Second Chance Employment Month. In honor of that, we at NCWorks are hosting a job fair for Second Chance Employers!
What is Second Chance Employment?
Second Chance Employment are those that offer life-changing opportunities for those who have been justice involved or have struggled with substance abuse in the past.
Why should you consider being a Second Chance Employer?
You can directly make a difference in someone’s lives. Studies show that individuals with second chance employment are 3x less likely to continue to be justice involved.
