Description
Cooking workshop: Herbal Remedies from the kitchen!Let's get creative with the apothecary in your pantry! There's an abundance of herbal remedies available in our kitchens, gardens, and grocery stores. We'll talk about incorporating herbs and spices into our everyday foods in addition to learning about some creative concoctions, including fire cider and herbal beverages. Participants will leave with new skills and plenty of recipes to take home and play with.
