When you enter into Keawe Bone’s world of Cherokee songs, stories, and dances, before long, your belly jiggles with laughter. As a mental health professional in counseling and substance abuse treatment, Keawe sees tremendous hurt. He also sees the impact family and community can make in the healing process.
