Join Martha Scanlan, featured singer in the Cold Mountain soundtrack, Leah Calvert and the Dappled Grays, Steven Darsey and the Meridian Chorale, and Jason Byassee, nationally known writer and preacher, for Higher Ground: Camp Meeting on Saturday, August 19, 2017. All above - together with you and your friends and family - will meet under the pavilion at Epworth United Methodist Church in the beautiful Epworth Valley, where thousands gathered in the nineteenth century for worship at the Spring of Faith, for an afternoon of Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Folk Hymns and words of inspiration by Dr. Byassee. Watermelon will be served. In case of rain, all events will proceed in the adjacent Epworth School.
